With the album release behind us it was time to look forward to the next milestone; our first festival! The whole week was a buildup to that point. Trying to get as much rest and practice time as possible in between the happenings of everyday life. Very scary, very exciting!
The day itself was a huge success! The weather was good, the terraces in the square where the stage stood were full and everything was taken care of! Our very first big stage, what a difference from the open mics! There was a place for our stuff, there was a big backstage area and they even took care of hooking up our instruments and stuff. It was so rewarding and to play there was a gift. Thanks again Bende van Niekark
Felt like a promotion to a higher league! The gig went very well, another 45 minute set. Very nice to be playing a little longer, it’s easier to lose yourself in the music when playing.
